Return Policy:

1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. NOTE: Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email sales@kangarooextrusion.com with the order details and reason for return. They will respond with instructions on how to return the items and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable. Please do not return any items without obtaining prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 weeks. Exchanges will be processed promptly, subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: Custom items
