Below is a list of when you would typically get anodized vs. not anodized extrusions;
Anodized:
- The final parts require clear or black (colors offered) anodize.
- You have no plans to anodize any other parts.
- The ends of the cut extrusion are covered up or the exposed ends is not a concern.
Not Anodized:
- The final parts don’t require an anodized coating.
- You plan to anodize the final parts with other parts, for example the panels.
- The final parts require anodize on the ends of the cut extrusion.
